"Dance Church!" w/ Amy Sigil
Dance Church includes short movement sequences with deep messages from the Universe, and ourselves. We explore the 'why' of movement and add meaning to motion. These sequences include themes of planting seeds, listening to our ancestors, and expressing love. As a former ball player turned dancer, Amy has a unique desire to bring people together as a team through movement and sweat!
